Brain Boosting Coffee

If you enjoy a coffee mid morning, then why not make it a healthier version. For long lasting energy, this drink will not only provide nutrients for the matrix of your skin, but the added collagen hydrolysate has studies that have noted benefits to your bone health, hormone balance and digestion.  

For 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup of organic freshly brewed coffee
Either 1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla paste or the scrapings of 1/2 a vanilla pod
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon of Great Lakes, Collagen Hydrolysate

Method
Make coffee as preferred, place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until combined.  Drink straight away.  Due to the oils in this drink they will separate if you leave it for a while.
