Immune Boosting Tea
What erratic weather we are having. One minute it seems like Winter will never get here, then we are plagued with rain, freezing weather, and the coughs and flu bugs being spread around. So, to give your immune system a boost, I thought I would give you a recipe for my immune boosting hot tea. Make a big batch in the plunger, and have regular small doses through out the day.
4 Slices of lemon and juice of 1 lemon
2 slices of ginger or 1 teaspoon of ground
1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon of ground
1 garlic clove squashed
1 fresh or 1/4 dried chill
Honey to taste
Method: Place all ingredients into a plunger and add boiled water. Let seep for 10 minutes and drink as tolerated throughout day.
