Krys' Healthy Seeded Mix

Here is what you do:
Ingredients:
Equal portions of 
Psyllium husk
Ground linseeds, 
Roughly ground pepitas
Roughly ground sunflower seeds
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds
Mix together in a jar and keep in the fridge.



​​Use as a:

Topping for your fruit in the morning, with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and pomegranate seeds
As a delicious, sustaining porridge.  In a saucepan combine 1/2 cup of seed mix with 1/2 cup of coconut water.  Add cinnamon or vanilla as desired.  Heat until a porridge like consistency adding coconut water if required.  Top with fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.  Perfect for those cooler mornings
Use the seed mix instead of nuts when making CADA.  This stands for coconut, almonds, dates and apple.  In a blender for two people add 5 dates, handful of coconut, 1 or two apples or fruit of choice and 1 cup of seed mix.  Blend until you get a porridge like consistency.  I prefer it a little chunky.
Top with yoghurt, seeds and fruit
This seeded mix can be the base of muesli, muesli bars, added to cookies, bread, or smoothies.
