Krys' Nut and Seed Paleo Muesli

This really is very easy to make, and perfect for a sustaining breakfast. There is no need to spend lots of dollars on commercially made paleo muesli when you have this quick and easy super healthy option. Full of fibre, protein and nutrients to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almonds
1/2 cup of either brazil, walnut, hazelnut or cashew or a combo of all
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas
1/2 cup of flaxseeds
1/4 cup sesame
1 cup dried organic coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Method:
Roughly chop nuts. I like to place the nuts into a bowl and use the flat end of a rolling pin and gently break the nuts into chunks. Add remainder of ingredients and hand mix coconut oil and cinnamon. Spread thinly onto baking trays and place in oven at 100 degrees C for four hours or until lightly browned and crispy. Cool on trays and store in glass jars and enjoy as muesli, crumble topping etc
Optionals:
Optional step is to soak nuts overnight, drain and rinse well and place in the oven at a low temperature overnight.
Add lots of other additional spices such as:
Turmeric, all spice, nutmeg, ginger
Add dried fruits
