For the past year I have been guided and encouraged by Krys in my quest to reduce my intestinal inflammation. Through Krys’ nutrition consultations, food preparation demonstrations, grocery aisle tours, meal plans, website and sharing of all relevant information to my case, I have just had a recent colonoscopy, and am now completely inflammation free.
I love the food I am able to eat and am so grateful to Krys that we stayed on this journey together and achieved such fantastic results.

“We had been thinking about how to change our family's eating habits. There is so much in the media about how what we are eating is making us sick. My husband needed to lose weight but didn't want to go on a diet. The key was eating not less but healthier. We asked Krys to give us some advice. She has been a marvellous source of ideas. I came to see Krys for help with a plan to detox as I was recovering from arthritic flares, and while they were much reduced, they were still causing me a little pain occasionally.
A detox had been recommended as a way to reset my body.
Krys began by making me a delicious green smoothy, which we enjoyed while we went through the foods I was eating and the allergies I had.
We also discussed some outdated beliefs I had around food that were stopping me eating some things that would in fact be beneficial to my recovery.
I walked away with an easy to follow and make, plan for my detox.
I not only detoxed with Krys’s help. I also learned great ways to prepare food and broths that I still use today.
Krys was great with follow up on my progress.
I find her to be inspiring with her positive attitude and joyful approach to food and nutrition.

"I went on my first diet when I was 12 years old. Let’s not even discuss everything that is wrong with that picture… Since then I’ve tried pretty much every diet under the sun. With great, short term results most often. Nothing has really lasted and I was on this yo-yo dieting merry-go-round. I knew I needed to do something differently and that’s when a friend recommended me to go see Krys.
Krys was very understanding of my situation and took a lot of time and care to really listen to me and my story. And then we went about changing my view on food slowly, bit by bit. The thing that impressed me the most was the gentle loving care that I felt coming from Krys, I felt that she really heard and saw me and that she genuinely cared about me resolving my troubled relationship with food.
She always backed up her recommendations with science, and I loved that as I read a lot about food and nourishment on my own. "My experience with Bountiful Heart was amazing. The nutrition advice was healthy and easy to purchase and make. The exercise sessions were both energising and social.
