Slow Cooked Chicken and Vegetable Healing Stew
Ingredients:
1kg of organic chicken drumsticks
900gms of chicken bone broth
1 onion sliced
250gms of pumpkin peeled and diced
2 carrots diced and peeled if not organic
2 sticks of celery diced
3 cloves of garlic crushed
2 broccoli stalks cut up (use what ever vegetables that you have in your crisper)
Herbs of choice - oregano, parley, chives, sage, rosemary,
1 tablespoon of vegetable stock concentrate or salt to taste
Method
In a slow cooker place chicken on the bottom, cover with diced and sliced vegetables, add bone broth and vegetable stock concentrate or salt. Place on low for 6-8hrs or high for 4-6hrs.
Remove bones from chicken and place in fridge. Should set into a perfect healing jelly. Eat as needed in the first week of your REVIVE program.
