I just wanted to let you know how privileged I feel working with you.  I hope that the session was what you expected and more.
Here are a few tips for success:
  • Just remember to tackle one step at a time.  Pick the easiest first and work from there.  Feeling a little bombarded in the beginning is normal, but just take a deep breath, relax, go over the notes and any extra reading and then sort out a plan of the changes that you are going to make first.  
  • Transitioning to real food isn't easy.  Most of us have been raised in the low fat, lots of sugar era which is causing grief to our waistlines and general health.  Start with reading every packet looking for whole ingredients.  Read my blog here
  • Include more veggies into your day.  If you can't then try a veggie juice.  You will be amazed how good you will feel
  • Drink more water/ herbal teas/ green tea often the cues for hunger are the same as for thirst.  Try having a drink first.
You are on your way to changing your lifestyle.  Congratulations.
Don't leave it too long before another session.  The 2 week mark is often the time when we get a little unstuck so once you are over this hump then you can manage any obstacle.
