Apple and Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
2 cups of My Healthy Seeded Mix
1 cup of chopped activated nuts
2 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of honey or rice malt syrup
Any mixture of stewed fruit.  My favourite at the moment is apple and rhubarb, but have added blueberries and spices in the mix.  If I add honey to the crumble then I don't tend to add any extra sweetener to the fruit.
Mix crumble ingredients together.  Place stewed fruit into baking dish.  Spread over crumble mixture.  Bake in moderate oven until golden.
Left overs are fabulous for lunches and breakfasts
