What we eat and how we absorb our food is the basis of our health. Nutrition is often the most overlooked part of a healing program.  Understanding that the standard Australian diet is making us sick, fat and depressed is an alarming realisation.  Making changes to how we eat may be confronting at first, but by incorporating nutrition into your health care plan, is perhaps the smartest move you could make to living an extraordinary life. 
I incorporate the use of foods, practitioner only supplements and the appropriate functional testing into my practice to help you take control of your health.

My philosophy

We should be eating foods as close to the natural state as possible.  Foods that are locally produced and sustainably made.  It sounds idealic and simple doesn't it, but unfortunately there are so many products to choose from that it makes any healthy food choice difficult to make.  Since the 1950's our food supply has been infiltrated with low fat, high sugar fake foods, pesticides and insecticides, GMO's and refined grains.  Marketing claims are made to lure us to a product only to find that natural, isn't all that natural.  

​Our palates have changed to want and need the sugary taste.  Foods have become nutrient poor and energy dense, and are responsible for the alarmingly high rates of chronic ill health, obesity, autism and more

​​My aim, is not to put you on another diet, but to create a healthy lifestyle for you that is forever.   I focus a lot on gut health, because I believe that poor food choices damage the integrity of your gut.  Leaky gut, as it has been termed,  is the cause of nutrient malabsorption, inflammation, autoimmune disease, pain, and brain issues.
