Kale Chips

An easy, quick snack that is healthy and delicious
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil
Seasoning

Method
Remove stems from kale and wash and dry thoroughly.  Massage oil into kale well. Tear into large strips.  Place on baking tray evenly avoiding overlapping. Heat oven to 150 degrees and place baking tray with kale into oven.  Bake for 10 minutes and check.  If kale is lovely and crispy remove.  If kale is soggy spread out on tray (needs a little more room) and return to oven for 5 more minutes.  Check and remove when crispy.  If there are any left store in an airtight jar. 
Variations:
Try adding dried chilli, paprika, cumin or coriander
